At Kiki's Handmade Studio, we want you to love your unique fashion pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made orders are final sale to honor the artisanal craftsmanship involved in their creation.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our studio team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all handmade tags and protective wraps are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
